  Our microfibre and natural rubber mats are more suited to hotter yoga practices such as bikram, hot yoga, and other sweatier workouts. Should you wish to practice less intense yoga practices on this mat, we recommend giving the mat a light spray of water before starting your practice. This will increase the “sticky-ness” of the mat from the start.
